Always interested in abandoned railways. In order of priority:

- Alpine Tunnel
Have never been there, bucket list stuff. You lucky guys who have.

- East Broad Top
Original rails still in place, and hiked much of it in the 1970s/80s - Have yet to see Wrays Hill Tunnel however.

- Wales
Limitless exploring opportunities, and thanks for introducing this line to us Timothy. I've passed it numerous times by both road and rail, and never knew what was up the hillside. What an absolutely fantastic view!

Here's a little bit of Welsh exploring on the Ffestiniog, where their "Deviation" route had to be built because the original line was flooded. Lotsa remnants of the original are still in place, including this tunnel. And the best part of all, there's pleny of 2' gauge steam action just a stone's throw away.

Cheers all,
Ralph
