I had someone look at the RGS and they said there was a period when they ran the whole line, then during the "Tourist Only" time they basically ran Ridgeway to Lizardhead and back.
While #5 does have the seats in the back(Converted), there is footage starting in Durango all the way through to Ridgeway. Then there is additional footage we are trying to figure out. It appears this could have been 1949 or 1950 since two trips to Durango were made, in each of those years.
My source tells me that at one point(Probably 1950), the converted Geese were only used for tourist business and that was it. In our film there is clearly some mail bags being dropped off, and perhaps other things, but no big freight. I suspect they still had the mail contract as we see someone take the bags to the PO, in I believe Ophir! There is also a shot of Goose 4 on a siding or wye someplace, and it has its original freight configuration as far as I can tell(No side windows and drapes like 5 had).
