Ted, I am not in the loop on what SVRR's board's plans and hopes are on this. I have heard of a rather expensive "deal" years back that would have see SVRR get all 4 cars over time. That was long before the ownership of the WP&Y changed. I believe the "deal" came about just before some passenger equipment got wrecked coupled with an uptick in the cruise ship arrivals. So from what I recall and have been told, that deal was dead because of the cost coupled with WP&Y's need for the cars.
