Hello To All;
Does anyone have or know the whereabouts of a photo of the manhole scuttle on the D&RGW water tanks. Seeking dimensions and location on the roof, and as much as anything, what exactly did the finished roof hatch looked like.
Also, can anyone shed some light on what material was used at the base of the finial on the tank roof. Was is metal flashing or wood as it appears in the original D&RG plans.
