E class, the first 4 units had Sidedoors as well, those were removed leaving only the end door for egress. After another unit cleaned up a motor vehicle on a level crossing, these were restricted to 10kph cab end first running over level crossings.
This picture is from a shunting mishap, four-wheeled stock were prone to leaping up when struck hard as compared with the bogie stock.
