According to UtahRails.net: D&RGW 5102 was sold to CRI&P 4201, 6 November 1972; sold to Precision National Corporation, Mount Vernon, Illinois, in May 1977, operated in national lease service as PNC 4201.
https://www.railpictures.net/viewphoto.php?id=550734&nseq=6 Note sure if it still survives or not. Amazingly, some of the D&RGW GP-7s that went to ROck Island were resold to C&NW, and lasted long enough to be retired by UP after they merged.
Chris - I know that's an EMD G model on the outside, but I don't think Durango will see the likes of the unit in the middle (an English Electric model?). Then again, stranger things have happened.
