C&S/C&Z freight cars

I have two storys about C&S cars going to Mexico. #1 C&S sent one car down to the Coahuila y Zacatecas so they could copy it. #2 When the C&S abandoned they send a number of cars to the CyZ.Is either tale true? what were the C&Z-CyZ numbers.
