Highest % of ex-NG still in service

Here's a question someone posed to me recently. If its already been covered, apologies. I missed it.
What NG railroad has the highest percentage of former trackage still in regular freight operation? Not sure if its DRGW since so much former NG trackage has been abandoned. Most of the South Pacific Coast main is still in operation, although there's the 20 or so miles over the summit gone and the south end is mostly excursion. And nearly all of some shortlines are still in operation, including the Santa Cruz Railroad.
Any ideas? The question just got me to thinking.
