493 in 1968

A couple of photos I shot on June 5, 1968.
493 prepares for helper duty, taking water at Chama
Helper 493 dashes home between Antonito and Alamosa roughly 30 mph, shot from back of a camper
This would be the last D&RGW freight power I would ever see(Not counting the Silverton line 1969 and after)
Good to see 493 steaming in 2020.
