Tank Creek wooden tank

Since my first ride on the D&RGW's Silverton Branch in the summer of 1956, I have been fascinated by the tank at Tank Creek. Over the years I had several chances to photograph it before it was demolished.
I still haven't seen what it looked like from the front. Who else remembers it, and have you any information on what its legs were like? When was it taken down?
