I've seen them pull dead steamers using M-1 (Brill Doodlebug), M-6 (16 ton plymouth), M-7 (47 ton GE) and #15 (mikado), but they can only do that for the two stalls that are across from tracks leading to the turntable. They would use the backhoe to pull locomotives out of the other stalls.
