So Chris,
I added to (edited) my original post a picture and the statement that the pedestrian grade crossing is new and separate from the road grade crossing. I don't believe that there was a separate pedestrian grade crossing before, only the road grade crossing. The photo is a screen shot from a video of the 493 shakedown on 2/5/20.
