That likely translates as "County Road 310" and the TBD would normally be a house number, but since no number has been assigned, its just TBD (To Be Determined).
The best way to reference a specific property listed for sale is to use the MLS # (Multiple Listing Number), which is common across all Realtors in an area. In this case the MLS# is #765295.
But, note that Realtors are typically self-employed, and
time is money. Once they decide that whoever is calling is not a likely prospective buyer, there is not much to be gained from further chatting.
As far as a group purchase to preserve D&RGW history, I saw that the real estate taxes appear to be about $1500 per year. So once a group was to assemble the funds to purchase, there would still be an ongoing obligation of at least $1500
per year for property taxes.
