I don't mean to be a downer, but that tank needed TLC 30 years ago. That tank roof looks shot to me, and the staves haven't fared well either, so now it's a major rebuild project, which unfortunately means some big bucks. It would sure be sad to see another tank collapse. Just my 2 cents.
