I'll agree for the most part, John -
Durango has certainly changed since the days of dinner at
The Western Steak House (across from the Strater Hotel) and wandering down to the yard afterward to warm up in the cab of a K-37 with a banked fire. Chama has changed a lot too – mostly for the better, IMHO – although that red clock across the street from THE (Shamrock) HOTEL & SHOPS is a bit much
