The 316 was out of service after '42, dismantled in '46 and the 74 wasn't purchased 'til '48, and the 319 was rented by the RGS at several time periods. In the epic RGS Story, (on pg57 vol-X) there is another view with the 318 Tender visible in that same stall dated 1949. The "8" is inverted fwiw, and the caption states there has been no record of extensive use of the 318 on the RGS. There is also no backup Headlight visible in this photo, indistinguishable in Everett's version.
Also note the "sign", "emblem" or a Drumhead attached to the end of the 257 on the left side. That has been the object of discussion in the past.
