I remember that Olaf. However I believe I was up higher across the valley shooting down on the area. Next time I watch the footage I now know where to look for the car. It made an interesting view from up high, below Windy Point looking down on all the people and vehicles at Coxo crossing. I also remember guys getting hit by Rotary snow. The key was to stay just far enough away from the spray. With video it was hard to pick-up and get out of the way, so one had to be cautious. Tanglefoot was an interesting experience. They really plowed hard from Cumbres along the old siding which always had a lot of snow. Here's a bit from 1997. The last scene at Cumbres shows how to be back far enough from the plow and still get a nice view.
