Thank you for sharing these great photos. The Chateaugay and Fulton County RRs are both pretty obscure roads, so it's quite possible they've never been published.

There was a special issue of the R&LHS Bulletin in 1943 (number 61A) on the Fulton County RR which would be worth looking at. As for the Chateaugay RR, Hilton cites Jim Shaughnessy's book on the Delaware & Hudson as a principal source, since the Chateaugay was controlled by and later merged into the D&H.
