C&TS is a living-history, out-door exhibit of an early 20th century railroad. We can call it whatever we want.

How, if you have an have a site with park-like areas, nice buildings to hold your railroad cars and displays and other amenities for the public you might call that a railroad museum and might call its site a campus If you have a short railroad or streetcar ride you call that a "demonstration railroad." None of that describe the C&TS.
