Well, it was a fantastic weekend. Right at 1000 attendees (based on gate receipts), most took more than one ride, we had a few "RGS Moments" (Motor 1 snapped an axle, we'll do a serious upgrade for next season), lots of people got to ride in the Model T Inspection Car No. 1, the weather was great (although nippy in the mornings), and there were many, many smiling faces. Thanks to all who attended and helped, particularly the Galloping Goose Historical Society for bringing GG5, the Colorado Railroad Museum for bringing the Work Goose (GG6), and The Telluride Volunteer Fire Department for letting us bring over GG4. 4, 5 and 6 ran flawlessly all weekend. It was a great weekend for RGS fans, and people in town for the Old West Fest/True Grit celebration were very interested in the railroad events and asked a lot of questions.
