One of the problems building too close to sea level. I'm fairly sure this is on the Oahu Railway & Land Co., probably right after the April 1, 1946 tsunami (the hand-written caption says it was a "tital wave"). That was before spell check.
The bridge is numbered 89. Does anyone out there have a reference that would show where that was located?
