Probably very close to milepost 405 on the map Chris posted above.
This photo from June 3, 1960, was taken near the top of the hill on the old line, at about mile 405.75

Note how the condition of the track matches that shown in your photo, as compared to the well-ballasted new line in JBWX' photos at [
ngdiscussion.net], above.
IIRC, when I rode the Kolor Karavan in 196
2 we were told that our westbound train on September 28 was the very first passenger train to cross the new bridge. IIRC, we were running a bit late and it was getting too dark for a run-bye that afternoon, but the eastbound train did stop in mid-morning two days later
