Reinstalling the running gear?

Looking at the first image in Jerry's 493 post today, I noticed none of the drivers are aligned in such a way that it's just a matter of slipping the drive rods on and bolting everything back together.

How do the shop crews get the drivers to line up with all that weight sitting on them?
