It seems to me that when three trains are in service, the K-28 normally gets the second (middle, 8:45) train. This might not always be true but it is just what it seems to be happening when I have made note who is on what train. Now when two trains are running, I am not sure. Maybe a few of the locals could give an insight on which train is getting the K-28 over the next few days (I think they are down to two trains already?. That might help show which train is normally the shorter one and more apt to get the K-28.
