Lots of stuff being accomplished in Antonito this week by the Friends of the C&TS. Fortunately the rain has been holding off until we quit work for the day. All 4 teams have a fantastic set of volunteer workers that are exhibiting a high level of skill and producing great results.
It's been a lot of work scraping the paint off of OY, but somebody had to do it. The tender covers have been rebuilt and now need to be covered with sheathing. While great progress is being made, we really need more help for the special sessions next month.
The first truck for the Tourist Sleeper #470 is mostly done.
Truss rods now back under DBG #731 and now to setup the brake linkages.
New coupler mounted on the A-End of Gramps #11056
