M.P. 305 has been a traditional spot for blowing down the boilers for many, many years. Here's the next-to-last time* for the D&RGW:
- El Abuelo Histœrico, Greengo y Curmudgeoño de los Locomoturas Viejos y Verdes,
aka Der Grossväterlich DünkelOlivGrünDampfKesselMantelLiebHabender
* Assuming that the Rio Grande's final westbound train followed the custom one last time on 12/05/68.
