RGS Ridgeway shops site to be developed

Drove through Ridgway yesterday and noticed a sign indicating the town plans to have the RGS terminal site developed into housing. There’s not much left there as it looked like it has been bulldozed in the past. I did find one concrete foundation block and what looks like a building stone as well as a few lumps of coal. Earl Knoob and I visited back in the early 1980’s and found a considerable amount of debris. Sad how time changes.
On a bright note: the RGS Ridgway Museum Site is looking good. Unfortunately it was not open..
