SP 18 does not operate routinely. Unofficial sources say that other runs are possible (under consideration) sometime before the late August runs, so if anything is going to happen, it will hopefully be posted on this forum. Today's train certainly looked well attended (at least in the three open cars), but I am not sure that the passengers knew about SP 18 beforehand.
