Looking at the track plan on pg 129 of Bourneman's "Marshall Pass" (yes, I have wi-fi at home again) dated 1/17/55, you've almost got it right. The northernmost siding continues on to Monarch with a leg of the wye tying in to it. The Marshall Pass line is the central line in your drawing and forms the other leg of the wye and its tail, with no other connection to the North siding at the west end. The southernmost siding ties back into the main before the wye. None of this trackage, btw, is included in the proposed abandonment which begins at MP 220.66 on the tail of the wye.
The 1919 ICC map shows a layout much like what you've drawn.
I have no idea when or why the track layout was changed. The floor is open to WAG's.
