Yeah, most of it changed over as fast as they could, including the Toledo St. Louis and Kansas City. The southern most portion (Cincinnati Northern/Cincinnati Lebanon and Northern) took a decade to raise the funds for the conversion, becoming one of the last three slim rail lines in Ohio.
