I don't get the point of this thread. It doesn't look like Narrow Gauge to me. If you are stating this USED to be NG, then maybe that's what you are getting at.
I know the old line east of Cincinnati was Narrow gauge and later standard gauged and was then later the Norfolk and Western. Its the area I live in east of Cincinnati.
Now some of that line is in use on the Cincinnati end, but its not in use east of Plum Run near Peebles.
