Though the t-12, c-18 and k-27 classes of locomotives were all available and in use in 1920, believe it highly unlikely that one each of these classes of locomotives would be teamed up for power for a rotary snowplow train.
I believe the t-12s were in switching service and service on outer lines that could not handle the heavier locomotives.

Having said that, there is nothing wrong with making our own history in 2020, and agree it would be an interesting
