ChamaKid: The photo is from Drop Bottom Gon 731 being restored in Antonito; the cement floor and pallet jack make installations like this much easier than doing it on the ballast. Since we didn't have a Chronicler during the work session, I'm writing up the report and thought it would be nice to have a weight so that in 10 years when everyone forgot how hard it is to deal with it, they realize it's more like 300 pounds than the 125 they might first estimate. So thank you all, and I'm sure that when they'll make sure they at least have a floor jack available instead of expecting to bench press it!
