Bill, you should have a scale readout added to your our floor jack, would help you know what type of weight you are dealing with when you go to move it around. We had digital scales added to our forklifts at work to help cut down on trips back an forth, like on a spaghetti diagram, before we loaded the boxes into the trailers. Also it might be smart to fabricate a dolly to be used just for setting these completed units on and rolled over to the BARF building for rework.

PS Nice Chalk by the way, we use what we can find at the spare moment,good thing this isn't a government controlled operation, you would have OSHA all over you for safety issues. HaHaHa....
