Look at the boiler jacket color.
The it appears most of the paint on the boiler has flaked off, and the I see what clearly appears to be rust in spots.
There does appear to be some paint left on the boiler jacket. I'll leave it to someone else to say what color the remaining paint on the boiler jacket appears to be.
I know what it appears to be to me.
