As a bit of trivia most or all of the D&RG 4-4-0's also had steel boilers. All of them had been either broken up or sold elsewhere by 1911 but I imagine it may have been relevant for the later owners.
RGS 20 and its siblings were built by Schenectady alone. ALCO did not exist as a corporate entity until a couple years later.
