Key word is the other individual was taken to detox--sounds like they were high as a kite and stupidly got too close to the train tracks. Trains don't just wander about and go wherever they please. This is horrific and I feel bad for the train crews that potentially have to deal with killing someone who is outside of their right mind and does something this stupid. I know the D&SNG runs a class act so I'm glad that nobody was killed.
