“The flanger came in about 5:30 PM Wed and I met Gene Harden (maybe you know him). [I did] He said to check in at 8:00 AM Thurs which I did.”

No westbound narrow gauge train out of Alamosa, this date, February 7.
With no trains moving west out of Alamosa it was necessary for my dad to stay in Alamosa another day.
