Based on the other posts in the thread it will probably run just before the daily train out of Chama. At Cumbres pass, the rotary will be added to the end of the regular train.
My guess is that 463 pushing the rotary will depart around 9:30 AM.

There was also a post stating that for a donation you might be able to get one of a limited number of rider spots on the special Cumbres turn train taking the rotary to the top of the pass.
