The steamer running in reverse at full speed pulling a string of seven diesels is interesting.
Many tourist roads here in the US have the a steam engine pull the train one direction forward and the other direction in reverse due to lack of turning facilities.

I have a few questions. Why was a steamer pulling a string of diesels? I don't think it was the most convenient available power.
The in reverse may be due to lack of turning facilities I would guess. The whole thing seems a bit strange.
