What's sad for the EBT is that there are more serviceable EBT Hoppers in Alaska, Oregon, Colorado and New Mexico that there are in Pennsylvania. The last time they ran a freight back in 2011, they barely had enough serviceable hoppers to put together a short freight. Most of the stuff in the EBT yard is slowly being reclaimed by nature.
