The 'Flying Scotsman' was fitted with cameras though they didn't take this one. But think of this. The train in the distance is not moving away from the two old phartes - this is Britain and we do things 100%. So not only do we drive our cars on what Americans call 'the wrong side' of the road, we drive our trains the same way. So that train, which is capable of 125 MPH, is pointing straight at them! If it was going fast enough it could suck them into into its path.
There's the story of the photographer who got too close to a steam engine and got dragged under the train losing his legs and arms in the process. His life was saved and when he was interviewed by a TV reporter, far from being bitter about is he was quite upbeat about the whole thing. He said he was 'chuffed to bits'.
Sorry!
