Corey, my book editor, Chris Lane, haunts these pages and he will give you the official answer. I do not believe White River books are sold thru Amazon, so you will probably have to get it from them directly at their web site. I am pretty sure the hobby shops will carry it and I am also pretty sure the C&TS and D&S gift shops will have it. Started the research in 1973, lots of delays kept getting in the way, hope it will be worth the wait.
