Westfield Plantation

Hi folks. I have been given this drawing of a Westfield Plantation 0-6-2 to aid in my construction of a live steam model (gauge TBD). For the better part of a decade, I've been trying to buy a sister engine named SARTOLA, which lives about an hour away from me in Connecticut. The owners have turned down multiple cash offers, saying the engine is "good for business". Good for business apparently means "leave it out back where the local kids can pound gravel into every nook and cranny". Sigh...

Would anyone have more info on her?
