Weidman Saw Mill...Durango

Does anybody have information on the Weidman Saw Mill in Durango. When I first arrived in Durango I noticed some metal buildings sitting atop concrete structures that I assume was the water tanks to move the lumber around. When it finally occurred to me that this would make a nice rainy day field trip several years later the metal buildings were gone and the concrete holding tanks had a new (and obviously occupied) structure atop the them so I scrapped the visit. A number of years later all of this was gone too.
Any information would be appreciated.
