The Nellis ranges are so heavily instrumented (with awesome radars and other telemetry), they can see everything that goes on out there in 3D. It has to be that way so the referees can sort out kills in real-time as the war is unfolding and so they can dissect ACM engagements to death in the debrief. If there was an intruder out there, they will know it very quickly and you'll probably get to fly right wing on an F-15 or an F-22 as he escorts you to a nearby airfield outside the Restricted Area, where you'll get a very nice reception from the state cops, the FAA, etc.
