There is much information, as well as good news, from this meeting, as Sam Seiber's excellent written summary shows.

Thanks to Sam Seiber for his valuable help in recording the meeting, and his fine write-up, which is much more bearable than sitting thru all the clips. While Sam may not get much camera footage used, he provides an important camera angle I cannot manage, making the final work much more complete and comprehensible.

Also, thanks to Roger Hogan who lends me a camera and tripod, providing the face-on view of the Commissioners, as well as being a valued friend.
