That's sad to hear.

Frank was the site manager at HP in Ft Collins, when I worked there in the 90's. He had contacted me early in his involvement with the Friends, and had asked questions about the organization.

A humous side note was that during that time, HP was doing a lot of expansion of their campus. At one point they had to close some of the access roads. I bitched about it, responding to an anonymous email. Turns out it was Frank's decision and he called me directly and explained why he had to make it. We had a laugh about it,

I guess the biggest downer is that I didn't hear about that from HP(E). I'm back in the same building where he was 25 years ago. Big companies don't seem to care about the passing of some of their best and long time people.
