It was all down grade from Sapinero to Cimarron Creek, so I can see the need to double a train from there to Cimarron.

The Lake City Branch had very light rail. A C-16 was probably the heaviest engine to go out there. An RGS 4-6-0 was a Class T-19, having the power of a C-19, but were much heavier at about 85k.
