I know some of you guys remember the Ohio Central, which had a nice batch of steam in Ohio, including
4-8-4 6325, CPR 1293, and others. Well they were mainly a freight railroad, and one day a brakeman tried to
climb onto a moving flat car. This is a no-no cause there is no grip above the flat bed. So, apparently he slipped and
under the wheels, losing a leg in the process. The story I heard was Jerry Jacobson(OC Owner), kept the guy on the
payroll yet 6-9 months later the guy sued OC, and after lots of legal stuff the Ohio Central lost. This is about the time
Jerry decided the passenger business was too risky. Heck if an employee can do this to himself, and blame it on the
RR then what's next!!!! Anyway the last OC steam ran around 2004. Today they are all in the Age of Steam Roundhouse,
which was Jerry's legacy to steam fans.

So Olaf you were really lucky!!!!!

Olaf, I have been posting some pics on Train Orders, mostly on the European board. One has the Nazi Eagle, which supposedly
was on a German engine during the war.
